Luggage Scales
Back then, I can’t believe I actually used bathroom scales to weigh my luggage. And that was only to give me an approximate idea of the weight. I never expected, or asked for them to give me an accurate measure of the weight. Well, a few years on and things have changed in the digital world.
With the digital luggage scales my friend showed me, you just wrap a strap around the suitcase, lift the scales, and your finished. Its as easy as that.
I was a bit concerned most existence able to lift the baggage with one of these scales. They should weigh up to forty Kilograms of luggage apparently. I am no Mr. Muscle, and am not used to lifting heavy weights. But, if I was really stuck, I could always ask a neighbour to do the lifting for me.
Imagine incoming at the airfield and having to re pack your suitcases because you were over the weight limit? Most people would find that embarrassing, and an extra waste of time. I don’t want that to happen to me. So I have put my trust in these digital luggage scales and I am hoping they are accurate enough, within limits of course.
The neat thing most these scales, is they only weigh one hundred and seventy fivesome grams, so we should verify them with us to analyse the weight of our luggage before we return home.
