Winter Trips

As I am in the field of photography I was invited to the (BIFF) Brisbane International Film Festival. I thought it would be a wise idea to take my wife along with me; actually we both have never visited the city of Brisbane. The organizers took care of all our needs except for transportation and that was not a problem. When I visited Sydney last year the car rentals agency helped me and I liked there services so I booked my car from car rental agency. We had two days to go around the city, explained to the driver as to what we wanted to see. At first he took us to banks of the Brisbane River, I spent some quality time with my wife sitting in the banks; from there he headed to Queen Street Mall the shopping Mecca of Brisbane. I took my wife for dinner in Chinatown Brisbane, there was a great oriental hotel called the MINGS and the dinner was great. BIFF takes place in the month of July/August. The happiest part was in the film festival they recognized my contribution in the field of photography, I was awarded lifetime achievement for photography. I was thrilled and didn’t know how to react. Thanks car rental for making our trip comfortable and enjoyable
